By accessing and using the services offered by Afiya Wellness, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person.
  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are inclusive of SST (where applicable).
  • Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets.
  • Prices and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Packages & Promotions

  • Packages are valid for the duration stated at the time of purchase.
  • Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless stated.
  • Refunds for unused package sessions are not allowed unless due to medical reasons (supporting documents required).

4. Health & Safety

  • Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment.
  • Afiya Wellness reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsuitable for the client’s health condition.
  • We follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment.

5. Age Policy

  • Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and may be restricted from certain treatments.

6. Conduct

  • We strive to maintain a respectful and relaxing environment for all clients.
  • Any abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in service refusal.

7. Liability

  • Afiya Wellness is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the misuse of our facilities or failure to follow aftercare advice.
  • Clients accept all risks associated with treatments undertaken.

8. Personal Belongings

  • Please take care of your personal belongings. Afiya Wellness is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

9. Privacy

  • Personal information provided during bookings or treatments is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
  • We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Afiya Wellness reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted at our centre and on our website.
